Shipping & Exchanges

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and up to 10 business days for KINIS BY KRI to cut, sew, and ship your order. Turnaround time is 12 days from the date of purchase, and tracking info will be emailed as soon as your the order is fulfilled. 

KINIS BY KRI is not responsible for any packages that are delivered but not accepted, and refunds are subject to approval (NOT guaranteed). Please ensure the information provided in the checkout page is correct before placing an order. 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is $8 for all domestic orders and $25 for international orders. 

EXCHANGES 

KINIS BY KRI accepts a one-time exchange for sizing discrepancies only. If you are not happy with a style you purchased, you may send it back for modifications and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping of all exchanges. Once we receive your exchange we will process it immediately and ship it back within 2 business days. Customers who live on Oahu may deliver/pick up their exchange, but we do not offer pick ups for the initial order. Contact us if you have any questions!
