KINIS BY KRI does not accept returns and all sale items are final. If you have issues with sizing, we will accept a one time exchange only. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please review all KINIS BY KRI policies before purchasing with us. We kindly ask that you not shop our site if you don't agree with these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted or returned by the recipient.

KINIS BY KRI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to these items and can submit a claim through USPS.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. You may request modifications to your purchase within 24 hours of purchase, however, these modifications are not guaranteed. 

KINIS BY KRI reserves the right to refuse order submissions at any time. We will contact you as soon as possible with a solution if this occurs.
